Karim Orange	Very rude! They were supposed to come fix my dryer. It has been snowing in Albany for a few days now so the streets are very nasty. When I asked the repair worker to remove his boots or cover them I even offered him something. He looked at me and said That's to much for me, I will come back when the weather is dry' and turned around and left. What audacity! I just cleaned my carpets! I could understand this statement if he was delivering or lifting something. The cable workers in the area carry something to cover their feet with all the time. If I could I would give them no stars!!
