| Frank Graves | Asked an employee about 2 different items I needed..he said one if them you didn't carry and the other one was over there and pointed in a direction..I had some questions and it seemed like I was bothering him..I had no choice but to get the lumber I needed since you are the only provider in town..I went to another local hardware store and found what I needed..when I do shop at your store it feels like if you are not a contractor you are not really valued..I would have put my rating at a one if it we're not for the guys in the yard who offered any help I needed..upon further investigation I learned you do carry the items I needed.. sorry to say other than lumber I will shop elsewhere.. |
| Bob Walter | Horrible service from the two ladies up front. Seems like they have no idea what they are doing!!! And just like to gossip!!! And didn't help when I asked for help!!! So I went on to look for what I needed and had no idea where to look!! Until I ran into a gentleman stocking. I asked him for help and he helped me out very well. Taking me and showing me the item I was looking for. And then asking me if I needed anything else or if I had any questions!!! I give this young gentleman props for his good work ethic!!!! |
