Big Rig Truck Service takes care of their customers! Stopped for a bite to eat, while towing a fifth wheel across country. Noticed one of the tires on the rv was about to blow. Not familiar with the area, we found Big Rig Truck Service on google. Called and told Joey what we needed. He was out on a call, but confirmed he had 4 tires in the size we needed and that he would notify the shop that we were 5 minutes out and on our way. As soon as we pulled in, Seve had a bay waiting for us. He changed out the tires, checked the bearings, added air to our spare, and was extremely professional. Olga, was on top of getting our invoice prepared and made sure to make sure we had everything we needed! These people were amazing! They treated us as friends! The price was very reasonable and better than we expected! I highly recommend them!!! Sorry Olga and Joey, I know you want to retire, but the travelers who need road service, need YOU!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Our troubles started when our retractable motorhome steps got blocked in the closed position at 6pm in the Santa Rosa NM RV park. I returned to the office and was really relieved to have such a helpful response from Chris the Owner/Manager. He said not to worry and he'd find us help. I spent the evening searching the internet for professionals who could help us. I had seen Big Rig Truck service listed and they seemed to be the only locals that might be able to help us. Their reviews were almost all spectacular. I thought I'd call them if the Park Manager couldn't solve our problem. At about 8:30 am the next morning we saw a truck labeled Big Rig Truck Service apparently searching for someone. Could this actually be for us? Chris had called them to come for us. Perfect timing. Ricky was great! Polite, professional, and thorough. He tried to trace down the problem very systematically but sadly could not fix it. At about 9:15 am Ricky says we need to go to a real RV specialist shop somewhere, their specialty being trucks they can't always resolve all the RV problems they see arriving at their door. I asked how much we owed him and he said, “Ma'am I didn't fix anything. You don't owe me anything.” Yes really. He turned us back over to Chris, the RV Park manager who knew where to send us. Many thanks to Ricky for his professional service and to Chris for his kind help.

The people were very professional courteous and funny which is very important my bill was a little higher than what I was quoted but I wasn't upset they gave me options and asked me to call my regular mechanic to confirm they provided pictures to share with my mechanic we all decided the best course of action for repair will definitely use them if I breakdown in the area again!!
