Appliance Repair by Best Buy in Santa Fe, New Mexico

The salesperson was such a great help in giving me information that I purchased a new TV from them. I could have ordered it online for the same price and had it delivered a day sooner at no charge saving 69. But I received such good help I thought the salesperson had earned his commission. It's not always about the money. Also, the delivery crew was very friendly and helpful.

Bad customer service. I went in to look for a specific product. I asked someone for help and they said someone could assist me in a "few" minutes. I waited about 15-20 minutes and asked someone different for help. I was told the same thing and again I waited for another while. I understand if employees are busy, but the lack of communication is what I don't understand. I've worked in retail and I can understand being understaffed or occupied with other customers. I would prefer to be told that I can't be helped at the moment instead of being left hanging, waiting for someone to never show up.

I went there shopping for a mesh WiFi system for our house. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also purchased a small chromebook. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Best Buy. No hassle and no pressure.
