| Monique Baca | The woman who deals with accounts is the rudest person I have ever dealt with there. When signing my contract the rep and I agreed on a due date. They pulled money from my account a week earlier on my first payment, and I had to call and have them refund my money. She was immediately irate and rude with me because I was asking them to put my money back. I mean she was literally angry! The conversation ended with her straight out telling me that Aaron's doesn't need my business and if I had any more complaints from then on, they would just come and pick up the merchandise, I can go somewhere else, and they would be glad to be done with me. I work in accounting and often have to speak with customers about collections- if I spoke to anyone like that I'd for sure be reprimanded and/or fired. Not only is it poor customer service but she's unprofessional and she made it personal. I tried reaching out online to talk to someone about my experience, but no one ever got back to me. Is this behavior acceptable by your company, Aaron's? |

| Sandra Alarcon | Dont set up the EZ pay. they took mine out 3 days early and a 30 fee came on my bank account thanks to the funds not being in at that time. All i got was an Im sorry we dont know what happened. When the living room was send to my house the chair was broken, they said they ordered a new one and should be in soon. once the new one came in it too came damaged. I asked for that one to also be replaced since early December, till this day 1-13-2020 i have not received it. and the lady told me she could not tell me when it could get here, and that there was nothing they could do. That really has me frustrated at this point. many other things have happened, but thanks to that i am returning what i got just so i dont have to deal with there monthly stress. money not well spend at this point. If i could i would give a 0 on there help. |
