| Kristie Adornetto | Terrible customer service! I called to inquire about getting a crossmember support kit installed on an F350. First, after asking how the receptionist was, she responded with "fine" like she couldn't even be bothered to talk with me. After explaining what I needed done to the vehicle, she told me, "No, we can't do F350's because the lift is too small." So I said to her, "Oh, well I don't believe a lift needs to be used. The directions just say the bumper needs to be taken off." She screamed back to me, "NO! We do NOT work on F350's!!!" She left me feeling awful. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. |
