Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Los Lunas, New Mexico

Great experience this morning. After wandering around at the competitor with no help whatsoever I stopped in to Lowe's. A woman greeted me at the front door and srarted me to the aisle that I needed. Before we could get there, another worker took me the rest of the way and showed me the products I was looking for. A cashier was waiting to check me out with a smile. The price I paid was a little lower than it would've been at the competition. Good job. Lowe's! I'll come here first next time!

Horrible service!!! We had recently purchased floor tile from them and learned we needed a different type. We contacted the store and were assured we could exchange the items. When we arrived we were directed to the staff at the Returns desk. The person there Alicia was rude, condescending and accusatory. Even though the tile is still stocked and sold there and after making it clear we only wanted an exchange we were refused and sent away with tile we can't use. Rest assured, we will never do business at this place again and are advising our family and friends to do the same. Take this advice, please shop anywhere else...

The staff usually aren't very bright, the prices tend to be cheaper than Home Depot. Trying to find stuff here is almost always like trying to find Waldo. When you look stuff up on their website, where that tells it should be is usually 2-3 isles off from where it says.
