| Patrick Jimenez | Called them on a Wednesday to have them fix my dryer. The technicians response was there was no availability until Monday. We scheduled for them to come at 5:00 on Monday and no one ever showed up!!! No phone call, text, anything despite the fact that I called, sent a text, and could not leave a message as it stated mailbox was full. I called Tuesday morning and the guys response was they changed protocol and no longer make house calls!!! Very unprofessional and waste of my time when I simply could have called someone else had I have known this would happen!!! |
