| Norma De La Garza | Guy came and "diagnosed," the problem with our washer and gave quote. We accepted. He said part would arrive in 3 business days. 3rd day we called and he stated part was showing to be delivered to him that day. 4th day didnt hear from him nor did he call us. We left 2 voicemails and no response. Its been a week today since and he hasnt responded...not even to lie on why he wasted his and our time. Oh yes, we moved on to a professional company who truly is in business to satisfy their customers...and also cares to keep in business. I would never recommend this place. |
