| Sherilyn Whitman | I will not do business with Laroc no more. My furnace needed a part so I went to buy a part. They sold me a different part. They said it would fit, but when I got home, it was not the right part. I took it back to get the right part, they told me I would have to splice the wires. I told them I don't know how to splice the wires. I asked them if they could slice it for me, but they said they don't know how? I can't get a refund because after I paid for it, they gave me a receipt that says no refund. I asked them how much is the correct part, they told me it is going to cost more and if they order the part, it will come in next week. I ASKED THEM WHY DID THEY LIE TO ME AND NOT TELL ME THE TRUTH IN THE FIRST PLACE?I guess the buck is more than customer service I have to look for someone to splice the wires. In the meantime I don't have heat in my house. It is cold. |
| Raymond Santiago | Called and they refused service because I wouldn't give them a credit card first. I offered to pay cash and they said " no we'll pass"! Its okay after reading some of the reviews I'm glad they didn't come out, they sound very incompetent! |
