| Lyane Brand | While travelling through New Mexico we had an unfortunately incident while on the interstate, we lost our driver's side front wheel. We contacted AAA and they had us towed to East Mountain Auto. We were greeted by Todd and put to ease right away that the repairs would be completed in a timely manner and every effort would be made to get us back on the road again ASAP. We were driven to a nearby hotel and contacted later in the day to advise us of the required repair, provided with an estimated cost and timeline for the work to be completed. Over the next day and a half we were kept up to date on the progress. The repairs were completed and we were back on the road in the timeline provided and within the estimated cost provided. We would like to thank Don, Todd, Lori and all of the staff of East Mountain Auto for your professional and courteous service in our time on need. |
