Lee McDaniel | Outstanding Service. I have a Mustang with a lot of oddball stuff. Travis said "We're not afraid of aftermarket here". Did an outstanding job for me making more modifications. Highly Recommend |
Karen Scales | Never got a call back for our estimate. Had to take our vehicle elsewhere to get serviced. The other shop was happy about it. |
jolene f | Took my truck in to replace Transmission. It took them 2 weeks to finish when they said 3-4 days, a mechanic broke a part installing so they had to reorder part. Still wasn't power while shifting gears, my check engine light is now on and the computer said one of my spark plugs is misfiring so they said it's not their work, it's my spark olugs. Went to have my spark plugs changed elsewhere and apparently there is a seal missing from the work done on the intake and oil is suffocating that one spark plug, hence the spark plug misfiring. My truck ran strong besides my transmission slipping, I left their shop and still needed work on my truck due their incompetent work they did. After spending thousands of dollars to get my truck right I still cannot drive it. My truck smelled like I smoked in it for years because all the smokers inside the shop. To top it off the lady in the office is very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. |
