I looked up both companies to check their hours of operation Sarah's was open until 7 PM; the other place closed at 5 PM and also checked their Google Reviews Sarah's had a 4.8 rating out of 185 reviews compared to the other company with less than 30 reviews that were not quite as high. Because of these reasons, Sarah's Appliance Repair was the obvious choice. Not only was I able to call the day my washing machine failed, but I was able to get a repair appointment the following day! They sent out a tech named Parker who was communicative and easy to work with. He was able to change out the drainage pump that day to get us back up and running in less than 24 hours since it broke. I highly recommend their services! |
