The very best of the big box national hardware chains. Veterans parking and discounts. Great staff. Far better than the orange place.

I really expected better for our in home installation. We paid the 35 fee for a contractor to come in and do his measurements and proceed with getting our doors replaced. It's been over a month with NO phone call from a contractor. I called Lowe's to see what's going on and come to find out that their contractor they were partnering with is no longer in business with them. Well, it would have been nice to have been replaced with someone else or called and told the status of what is going on. They can sure collect the fee, but not provide the service. I am beyond disappointed. Not only this issue, but going in store to ask questions and set up a home install is a disaster. They had me running around from one person to the next because they obviously like to shove work off to the next person. I ended up with Crystal, and she is just a total bitter and boring person. Completely not helpful and always seems bugged to answer your questions. I recommend a different Lowe's for in home installs.

Lowes always has helpful staff members, their store is super clean and when compared to other stores, I tend to appreciate the Lowe's layout a little more. It makes better sense where they put their products. It gives a nice flow to the shopping experience. Now that Spring is on it's way, they are putting plants and more outdoor products on the shelves. And Lowe's has such a great selection of everything you need for your outdoor paradise. I give them 5 stars without question.

Store selection was fine - I found what I was looking for. But their checkout was a mess. There were at least six people in the line for one cashier. I know there are quick-check outs, but some of us have to use the regular lines e.g. to get military discount applied to purchase. If the rapid check-outs had the mil discount, I would never have waited in line. Staffer was friendly, but a little frazzled by the amount of traffic... Hey Lowe's, have procedures to open more lines when the traffic backs up.

It's nice going into a home improvement store that's not a mess, has associates in the areas to help you. You don't have to go wondering around to find someone. Store is clean, neat, organized and if you look on line for what you are looking for, it gives you the aisle and bay on that item. I'm a Marine Corps vet, any veteran signs up with proof it's free you get 10 off. That's a great bonus!! Won't go anywhere else!

Horrible experience. Never going back to Lowe's. I purchased a combo kit and a angle grinder online. Their database said it was in stock. Got only 2 emails. So I went in and was helped by a lady who oused us off to another black haired with glasses eastern European women who would cut me off half sentence and she 1st brought up cancelling my other half the combo kit. I tell her how can I charge the grinder with no batteries or charger. Then the pretend manager came in after her saying he won't do anything, he, he,he. A red haired glasses girl came and pretended to be a manager. So she offered me a gift card for something that I had just purchased I had not even walked out of Lowe's. She couldn't do that I have to keep it for 24 hours. Never again will I go to somewhere where flat out feel the animosity toward black n brown people. Any Caucasian folks that went in were meet with a smile, but minorities were pointed where to go with straight faces. Or fallow one guy, and us the 1 hour online pick up. I saw 3 minorities go in and all of us were mistreated. Filed a complaint with corporate but the store manager has to fix it 1st. I think the whole culture of that store is rotten. I've worked in retail and have never treated any one in such a way. Home Depot is only 2 more exits off the freeway go there. At least they fallow all types of people not just minorities.

Lowe's is the go-to place for larger items for home improvement. What they lack, and is the same as Home Depot, is minimal customer service. If you make the effort to flag down an employee then they will help you? But they aren't super accommodating. I get much better service at the smaller stores like ACE Hardware.

Only 4 stars. Could be 5 but customer service help is not always available. Women thank you ladies employees willing to help out more than the men employees. Thank you Lowes for offering a Veterans discount. Any savings helps with home improvement projects.

Great selection and quantities of lumber on hand, building material department people very helpful and getting large qty of material load on my 40' trailer, thank you

I mean, it's just a Lowe's, really in most regards no different from any other. They have the standard stuff that a Lowe's usually has Lumber, hardware, outdoor/garden supplies, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, masonry supplies, etc.. The service is fine, much the same as any Lowe's. If you ask the person in charge of the area they're usually fairly knowledgeable and capable of helping, though there have been times they weren't able to help. Overall, will continue to go to this Lowe's, don't see any reason to complain, really.

Rob, Robert and Tim were the best helpers ever in our quest to locate an "in stock" commode to match our bathroom at a good value price. They took the time to personally check inventory in their store, other locations, hold the item with our name on it, and load it into our SUV! BEST. SERVICE. EMPLOYEES. ANYWHERE!!!!
