Mama Bearito | None of the appliances purchased here worked for us. First washer would quit mid-cycle and just flash lights at you, the second washer that we had to call three times and show up in person in order to get them to exchange for the non-functioning first washer would not work on spin cycle when the washer had more than a few items in it, and dryer did not work on sensor dry. They were difficult to reach and reluctant to exchange the items that did not work. Ultimately returned items at our own expense. On the bright side, the delivery guys were nice and did a great job on set-up and install. |
Kellie Hutson | We had bought a washer/ dryer set from these guys. They offered a warranty. The washer started giving problems and we contacted them and took the washer in for repair. They had it for 3 weeks with no word from them. We contacted them, they said they were waiting on the part, we would have it in a week. A week went by, they told me parts were no longer available, they had to scrap mine and would give me another washer. Went over there, they wanted to give one that was all beat up and nasty looking. I said no. They told me they get them in all the time, take home a loner, they call me when they get one in. I guess they never got one in. To beat it all, afterwards, I contacted Maytag, the part is available. It cost about as much as I gave for the set. More in likely, they probably fixed it and resold it and left me hanging. |
