Courtney M | Great service for the right price |
Marisa Fischetti | Would give 0 but one is minimum. Our ac broke, Travis came out and found nothing despite it being stuck at 80 degrees. He left. It continued to stay broken and Francine put me on the schedule for the next day at 10am but would call to confirm with me that day. Francine was extremely rude over the phone after I missed a call called back 40 mins later and she didn't answer and she basically blamed me even though someone was tentative for 10am and wouldn't send anyone out to fix my ac unit. I was told to find another company! The level of understanding and complete disregard for human empathy is disgusting. Very unprofessional. |
Christine Frazer | Never used them; never will. Guy driving truck with license ?RR234 first letter blocked by truck frame which expired in 2016 exited I-25 Northbound onto Pan American at Paseo del Norte exit and changed lanes without looking. If I had not been watching and slammed on brakes, he would have run me off the road. Laying on the horn did not even cause him to hit the brakes. I drive a sunrise orange vehicle; I should be easy to see. Never used a turn signal either. |
