| Derrick Foote | Can't speak on their work. I called Friday morning to see if I could get a plumbing inspection for a house I was buying. The phone rep was friendly and took my info. She said she would pass my info to a plumber and he would give me a call back... Never got a call. Called again 8am Monday morning to follow up, again was told the plumber was out, but he'll call me back. Waited till about noon, still no call. So I contacted another company and got the inspection scheduled that day. Again, HSC may do great work, and they may have been very backed up on work at the time... But if you tell me your going to call me and don't even if it's just to explain that you're really busy, then I can only assume your not interested in my business. |
