The whole crew is very professional, respectful and on-time. They show up when they say they will, and complete the job when they say they will. And they clean up their mess when they are finished, which is a huge plus considering other contractors leave it for us to clean up when they leave. We are very impressed with SPS thus far and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am very satisfied with the result of SPS's work. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to friends and family. You can find people to do it cheaper, you will also find companies that charge more. I am very thankful for the project manager Ken Copper for going above and beyond with his knowledge and helpful tips for not only the job but also on other things. This company is very professional. They have technicians that know what they're doing. For me, SPS did home efficiency work insulation and creating a proper thermal envelope and some small heat and duct work. I have an old house that can be annoying to work on sometimes because some previous things were not done right, but their technicians have seen it all and can work around anything. There were some small things that I was not happy with, but nothing and no one is perfect. The only thing I would do differently is just make sure everything that is agreed upon goes into the contract. That being said, they still made things right in the end when they didn't have to as per the contract. SPS is a great company that I would definitely use again.

Friendly team. Easy to contact...left message for several other local plumbers and either no call back or at least 8 hours for a return phone call. Fixed the problem quickly with minimal disruption to our hectic household. Thanks.
