Appliance Repair by Jess Dry Cleaners in Willingboro, New Jersey

This is by far is the worse dry cleaner I have ever gone to. I wouldn't recommend it to clean my pets clothes, let alone people clothes.Upon picking up 57.35 worth of dry cleaning,three sweaters, three shirts and a pair of pants to be altered and cleaned hemmed & remove cuffs...What I received was a white linen shirt with spots on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off a collar that was still soiled, light tan linen pants that still had cuffs in it that shouldn't have been there...the pants still had soiled creases...I absolutely have no problem paying good money for good work...the owner of the establishment was absolutely unapologetic and she was very dismissive. When I spoke with the owner about my concern and even her willingness to appease me with maybe 1 or 2 off from the white linen shirt that cost 7.75 that still had a soiled collar and additional spots on it, became very abrupt and dissmissve and her accent seemed to all of a sudden take a turn for not really understanding me. I would seriously recommend that anyone in the Willingboro area drive a couple extra minutes and take your items anywhere but to Jess Dry Cleaners. I was amazed that this woman would rather lose a very good customer and the potential for other customers by not even willing to bend for a couple of dollars...not the entire bill of almost 60.00 but a discount of a couple dollars.Long gone are the days of the customer is always right.

Functional as a dry-cleaner, but awful as a tailor. The stitching on my jacket came out uneven and frayed at the ends. Had to go to another tailor to fix their fix.
