All the guys worked hard and kept us up to date on progress. I was truly grateful. I was told that Gold Medal was expensive. Their prices were dead on with other vendors. Even if I had to pay more, I would have. Gold Medal stands by their name. All the employees are happy to be a part of the team. He recognized the stress and emotion of my particular project and went above and beyond to be sure I was covered to code, even taking in the aesthetic of the house to maximize choices I was making on which fixtures to install, what to focus on and what was not important. The apprentice, Andrew, who was there for a couple of days was cut from the same cloth as John, caring, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. I CANNOT rave enough about how trusting I was from the moment this project started, given John's initial knowledge during the quote and attention to detail throughout. I usually do not rave about service but I bow down to these guys and to Gold Medal Service for being an organization clearly skilled at finding employees that further their message of excellence. |
