Then Dave came to sell us a new unit and was awesome. Louie did the plumbing and it was perfect. Joseph, Alberto and the team were fantastic on installation day. All the guys worked hard and kept us up to date on progress. I was truly grateful. I was told that Gold Medal was expensive. Their prices were dead on with other vendors. Even if I had to pay more, I would have. Gold Medal stands by their name. All the employees are happy to be a part of the team. He recognized the stress and emotion of my particular project and went above and beyond to be sure I was covered to code, even taking in the aesthetic of the house to maximize choices I was making on which fixtures to install, what to focus on and what was not important. The apprentice, Andrew, who was there for a couple of days was cut from the same cloth as John, caring, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. I CANNOT rave enough about how trusting I was from the moment this project started, given John's initial knowledge during the quote and attention to detail throughout. I usually do not rave about service but I bow down to these guys and to Gold Medal Service for being an organization clearly skilled at finding employees that further their message of excellence. |
