Got the furniture home and the sofa and love seat were different colors. Was told they made a mistake and to correct the action I would have to bring it back and wait at least 2 weeks for the right sofa. They offered.to pick it up at a cost of 90 for their mistake. Basically it was a take what we gave you and be happy about it. It is a shame that I spent that much money a no one wants to do the right thing and correct or make right their mistake. Was told there would be a follow up phone call by the manager, but it never happened. |
