Expert and friendly service. Great communication and reliable products and service. Highly recommend. The tech Norm S. who came out to do a complimentary check on our furnace was friendly, a great communicator and provided high quality service. Appreciated him letting me know my options and not making me feel bad that it had been 3 years since we replaced the filter! He gave me fair prices for options going forward. I could probably find parts on line for less but to be honest it is worth it to us to have an expert come out and check on the system once a year. In my experience, you get what you paid for and in this case you get excellent service and product. Before going to Campbell, we used a less expensive company and had a lot of problems and frustrations. Heating and air conditioning is something I do not want to have to worry about and feel that I get my money's worth with Campbell Comfort Systems.

He is always early to my appointments, very knowledgeable, great attitude, and always a pleasure to work with! If only companies had more employees like him! My experience w Greg from Campbell Comfort was exceptional. Courteous, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He fixed my heater, graciously removed the poor squirrel that got into my heater yikes! and gave me options that I need for the future with my heater to make sure it stays running well in its older years. All on a Sunday no less! Thank you!
