The tech couldn't find anything wrong with the washer. The following day the same error codes appeared but this time we were unable to clear any codes including pulling the plug from the wall nor were we able to unlock the door and retrieve our clothes. The thought of taking a hammer to the glass to get the clothes back crossed our minds. Thankfully this is Black Friday weekend. We're forced to purchase a new machine that definitely won't come from Sears. |
