| jeff vigna | Stay Away, I called this company and spoke with the owner who is clueless. They installed a central Air unit in my home sometime over the last 8 months, I only know this because the posted a sticked on every piece of equipment throughout the home. I called to report a problem and basically got the run around. the owner after telling me he would show up a week later told me he had no time and wasn't going to cover the repair. he told me it was probably an electric problem. In comes my Central air guy who told me the unit had a leak and no freon. He also told me whomever installed this unit didn't know what they were doing. Its bad enough that they don't know the business but its worse that they don't back up their warranty and give customers BS excuses so they can save money. Take this review serious and call someone else. |
