Craig, Paul, and all the people over at Appliance Werks are good folks. Very knowledge, Very helpful, Very nice. I enjoy shopping smart and shopping local and they fit the bill. We previously purchased a refrigerator from AW and were so happy with the experience that when our Dryer breathed it's last breathe, we decided to become return customers! We purchased a set of Whirlpool appliance and are looking forward to worry free clean clothes!!

I had used Appliance Weeks in the past for repairs on my washer and dryer and always received excellent repair and customer service. When I had to buy a new washer & dryer, I decided to add them to my list of merchants check out their products . Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about the best and most reliable washer and dryers. I purchased a HE washer, a HE KICKdrawer washer-for small loads and a dryer and drawer pedestal. Paul came out, installed all three units and explained in detail how to use all of the products. He followed up via phone and email to see how everything was working and if I had any issues. I definitely recommend this company when looking to purchase any appliances.

The project today was to replace a wall oven. I was given a two hour window and Paul actually showed up early! He ran into some unanticipated problem but was able to install my oven with no problems! several months ago, Paul installed a new refrigerator that we bought from them. This company is the highest in integrity and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. Kudos to Paul, Craig and their employees for their excellent work ethic.
