They asked me what was wrong and I told them and they knew immediately what was wrong. The Triton technician said they would have to order a new screen because they do not keep them in stock. They ordered it that day and got it in in four to seven days. They then scheduled an appointment showed up an hour early which was great and fixed the issue. The technician was very respectful and knowledgeable. I will use this company aqain if any thing happens to my tv. |
