Outstanding experience. Had a bad drain backup late Saturday night. Called and left message. Got call back from dispatcher at about 7am Sunday morning. Technician said he would arrive between 9 and 9:30 am. He arrived on time. Spent about two hours snaking drain, had to use two different snakes. Also looked at second sink in kitchen. Completed clean out then ran a 50 foot camera/cable through the drain all way out to the sewer to check that is was clear. It was. Never tried to up sell or charge for anything additional. The dispatcher said they were having a drain cleaning special rate of 99. The plumber gave me an in voice for about 105 including tax. For this much work on a Sunday morning I thought that was extremely reasonable. He was also very clean and polite.

Another Disappointment from AJ Perri, Ultimately I was disappointed in the way AJ perri honors its warranty items. Typically with any other company if an item fails during the warranty period through normal wear and tear or a manufacturer defect. The item is repaired or replaced with an item of equal or lesser value. In my case a plastic button on my thermostat no longer functions due to a broken plastic tab internal to the housing of the thermostat. Obviously a poor design on Carriers behalf.The value of the button has to be 25cents at most. However the way AJ perri is designed it costs 90 for a service tech to come out and confirm yes it is a broken button we can replace the unit with a newer model for 1000 Reason being this model is no longer in stock. Now keep in mind this entire 15,000 unit all functions properly except this 25 cent button on the thermostat AJ perri was a regrettable decision I made a decade ago had I known what I know now about breach of contract with warranty repair I would have never considered doing business with them. Keep in mind the button clears menu items and enters thermostat into admin mode. Dishonorable on AJ perri's part Once my warranty period runs out, I am completely done with AJ Perri.My suggestions for a better business practice, ask the customer for the part number on the phone and you can tell customer you no longer have item in stock it saves drivers time , customers time and it wont seem like a scam just to get the 90 service charge. Especially if the customers parts are still covered under warranty. Poor execution AJ Perri. I decided to due a simple ops check this morning, to add insult to injury I discovered an additional button was broken during the service call.....Don't worry the last thing I will do is call AJ Perri to "check it out and see what they can do to help" To end on a positive note the tech that came out was extremely professional

We ran into an emergency at 11:00 on a Saturday night! Called A.J. Perri and they were at the house by midnight and worked for an hour and a half. Another tech came out on Sunday and more work was done on Tuesday. Very impressive team and nice guys every time they came over! Work was very clean and we will definitely keep them on speed dial for any other plumbing needs! Highly recommended!
