| Zachary Abrams | I purchased and installed a crown boiler from these guys 7 years ago. Last winter it stopped working. After a couple of calls to George without a return call, I had to call another plumber to replace the the roll out switch. Recently it shut down again at which time my plumber told me that the block was leaking and I would need a new unit. Luckily it was still under warranty I thought. After sending photos to The Crown Boiler Rep. he confimred that it was piped incorrectly and the Warranty was therefore null and void. My plumber checked the schematic and conferred that was done incorrectly. Stay away from Mr. fix it, poor service, poor workmanship. |
