Steven c | They are the best shop for my Ram pick up truck diesel. They fixed it for less than the dealer wanted and used OE Parts. Great Place Great mechanics. |
Timothy Connell | Easily the best car shop in northern NJ. Theyre quick, do an outstanding job, and most importantly are some of the most honest mechanics I have ever had the good fortune of working with. |
Joe Varcadipane | August 2018 - Never again! Brought our 2004 Camry because of a bad alternator and we had a scheduled road trip in a week so I had them flush the radiator, replace timing beltwater pump and change the oil. They managed to tell us the A/C compressor was bad even though our A/C was working fine so they changed that too. They also found the rear sway bar bushings to be bad, ok for 90.00 go ahead and do it. After driving for a day or two I checked under the hood, coolant was below the add mark and I noticed two caps for A/C charging were missing. So now I figured maybe I should check the sway bar to confirm in deed they did change the stabilizer bar bushings......I was floored!! they managed to snap one of the two bolts on RIGHT & LEFT sides that hold the stabilizer bar in place, there are only two bolts in each the bracket! Took it back, they added the coolant, replaced the caps for the air conditioning system and tapped out the broken bolts and replaced with new. A few days later it was hot and my wife was running the A/C, I noticed the belt was really squeaking and thought to myself wouldn't they change the belt if the changed the A/C compressor? Brought it back, they said belt could have been glazed, it look ok....however they changed it at no charge. Fast forward to November 14th 2018, the day before the first snow. Im installing snow tires on the car and remove the front passenger tire, wait for it.........The small cover on the inside of the wheel well that they removed to perform some of the repairs was missing!!!!!! Showed up and spoke with the advisor whom seemed a little irritated at the moment went in the back to "look" for it but I wasn't surprised when he came back and told me it wasn't there. So that it? No I'm sorry its not here and we can order you another one? Very Disappointed! |
