At 3:30 I called to confirm they were still coming and they said “Yes at 4:17pm” then at 4:10pm they call to apologize that they were not coming. It is beyond terrible to make someone sit and wait all day and then not follow through on the appointment. I would suggest calling anyone at all before calling Sears Appliance repair. It's as is my time and the day out of my life did not matter to them at all... |
