| Chris Crane | A emergency repair needed today got me to The Home Depot in an effort to get the heat back on at my house. It's 19 degrees outside, temp inside plunging fast. The Egg Harbor Township store the closest so I rushed over. Thermostat display easy to find right off the main aisle with interactive displays, helpful signage and pricing info all over. Everything clean, organized and in stock. It was easy to make an informed decision. I got exactly the right Thermostat for my needs. Evidently I cannot plan, or at least execute the plan and I wound up back at Home Depot again this afternoon for another tool needed to finish the job. 5pm and the heat is back on!! On the way out the door I was profiled needing to prove a purchased product before I was aloud to leave. Maybe if they would have someone at register I would have had a better experience than being treated like a criminal. Just saying |
