After speaking with Geek squad over the phone they told me that my file that was corrupted was recoverable and they made an appt for me to bring in my laptop - when I got there the lazy jerk didnt even open my laptop - didnt even ask a question - He said "yeah I was reading about your file issue and we cant help you - you could send it out to our repair techs but they probably wont be able to recover it" Well ok if you read that and knew that - why wouldnt you call me to tell me not to come??? I had to waste 40 minutes out of my work day and 15 in gas. We have 3 companies that use Geek squad - I have now cancelled all account and went with Hellotech - they are amazing and recovered my file. I reccoment everyone use them. |
