Helpful eager staff and they almost always have everything I need

I recently bought a home a few months back so as you can assume, Lowe's has been my most visited store. I am a little upset with the lack of help there. Whenever we go, no one asks us if we need help with anything at all and its been this way for awhile now. You have to hunt someone down to help you and even then most of the people don't seem very helpful or know what their talking about. When we bought a fridge would you believe we were looking at fridges for AN HOUR and not one person came up to us and asked if we needed help. When we bought a storage cabinet nobody asked us if we needed assistance getting this almost 200lb piece of furniture off the shelf. Instead, a lady that was sitting at a table in the kitchen section just looked at us struggling.. we had to go over and request that someone help us.. this same thing happened with my parents who are older and had to get it off the shelf on their own and it took 3 requests for someone to help my dad load it on his truck. The lack of urgency is evident and no one seems to know much or care. I hate doing negative reviews but its really a shame how things are going.. I hope they change.

Went in to purchase a deep freezer, Diane who assisted me was great, friendly, and awesome! Lowe's is a great store, Also they helped work on my house, Thank you Dan H and the Lowe's staff!
