Nancy Shadrach | This was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in purchasing an item. I should have read the comments prior to ordering the piece I needed for my vacuum because I surely would not have subjected myself to his verbal and physical abuse in pointing his finger in my face literally about 1/4 of an inch away. He obviously suffers from mental illness. He became outraged when I said I was picking up the PIECE I ordered and not the PART. He told me he had no idea what I was talking about and that if I shopped in his store I had to use the correct terminology. I was extremely fearful of this man and if I had not pre- paid for my item, making my interaction quick, I would have left without my piece, part. I would definitely think twice before entering this shop of horror. |
Thomas M | I've know Dave and formerly Jack for years and are salt of the earth establishment. Advised when I needed a commercial vac and carries all the parts I need and at very fair prices. Of course they'll never beat basement prices, but who could and stay in business for a substantial amount of time, like Crazy Eddie or Comp USA. Where Costco has two or three models small shops as this carries thirty or fourty and has to sell and repair all in one stroke. You really want small shops as this to go out of business, really ? I can't get an oversized rubber band anywhere anymore because all the small stationary stores have closed because of Staples, ugh !! Attitude goes both ways and against what Robert Irvine, customers isn't always right, give an attitude, get an attitude. Walk in with a smile and get one in return. How much trust would you give to a kid in doing repairs or is it more comfortable to have a store owner getting it right. Or are we doomed to the disposable society and disappearance of our beloved mom and pop shops. In a small shop like this when I needed a hose extension, it was here. Need a replacement wand it was here. Though sometimes I needed an oddball item and had Dave scratching his head, was better than anyone else in them Depot places walking ten minutes to find, they didn't understand what you were asking for, nor cared. |
Otto Rueckschnat | This guy is very rude. Always with an attitude. Not a particular good service from a shop owner who needs the customer's business. Shop closes at 4:00 pm on Saturday. I showed up at 3:40 pm on 9/14/19 and the shop is closed. Go someplace else. |
