I went on their website and read the outstanding and rave reviews, in particular, about a skilled technician, Matt Fernandez. I highly recommend this company and Matt Fernandez. They are top notch. He called to let us know that he was on his way. Matt greeted us with a big smile at the door and took care of our dryer, efficiently, effectively and timely. He troubleshooted our problem immediately. As it turns out, we did not need a new dryer, just a new part. He replaced it timely and we are very happy customers. Jason Juskiewicz | This is ongoing so may change. 500 to fix dishwasher and I agree. Spoke to my wife and decide to buy new machine. Called next day to cancel and they say they will charge 89 service call and 20 restock on total 500 bill. Part is 250 and labor is 250. I asked how there is a restock charge on labor and they said that it's company policy. I will be calling on Monday to discuss further. |
Joseph Zaleznack | them just before christmas they came out told us 320 to fix our fridge we agreed they ordered parts said would take 2 days for parts i called them a week and a half later they didnt call us we called them i figured holiday season they were backed up but no communication from them so they schedule repair they come out say fridge will take awhile 24 hours to cool so 3 days later still no cooling call them back they came back and told me we needed a leak check because we may have a freon leak and they would be charging us another 200 dollars to check for leak they are parts swappers and salesman not repairmen , i took the time to research the problem turns out our evaporator fan was bad ordered and fixed myself they refused doing leak test for free after their initial misdiagnosis and subsequent 320 charge, mr appliance cost me time and money with no satisfaction |
