| K Rex | This place promises things but does not deliver, and check your car before you leave the place. They will break things and will never tell you. I brought my car for simple nail in tire. Asked if they do patch or plug, was told me "we do both". Tire was never even removed from the car, they just lifted the car on the lift and put a plug in the tire. While they were lifting the car they damaged plastic covers under the car, reason: mechanic had no idea to check lift points or was just lazy to do so. Problem with broken parts was brought up to manager. Report was filed and nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting for them to replace parts. Never will I go to this place. Stay away. |
| Kathi Engle | I just went to the Perth Amboy location. Stay far away. Buyer Beware. Rip off. Not professional at all. There is no way it should cost 502.92 for rear brakes on a 2009 ACURA TL. I was told one thing then told something else once the vehicle was ready. Wonder why they are not busy. Poor customer service. |
