They called me, explained what the issue was with the TV, and that there was a part needed. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I had my TV returned in perfect condition with the week. francesca ierardi | Initially came out to my home on10/9 to repair my washer.I was told parts would be ordered and it would take up to 5 business days for the parts to come in. after 6 business days I called avr they said they would look into it and call me back but never did so I called the following day same thing on the third day I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given to Ruby very nice woman she at least did call me back to say they where waiting on warranty company approval for the 3 dollar part. but then the next day the story changed and I was told the tech that came out had quit and they had no info and would have to reschedule for another tech to come out..so once again I took off from work because my scheduled time was 1pm to 4pm 10/23 a full 2 weeks since my last appointment at 4:30 on the scheduled day I called AVR after being placed on hold I guy came on to tell me that the tech got held up and would not be out that they would need to reschedule for THE FOLLOWING WEEK not day but yet another week. I said that it was unacceptable that I had been without a washer for almost a month and was told if I did not like it to call the warranty company and have them send someone else out.. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he only comes in on Fridays..wow must be nice I really don't understand Business's today no respect for customers time no respect for customers in general. I would not recommend this company ..now I am out 2 days pay...the cost and time it takes to go to laundromats and yea my washer is still broken and have to start all over again |
