Josh returned our call within 30 minutes of calling answering service, and was able to find a heater for us for a next day, Saturday, delivery and installation. The price was reasonable, Josh was very professional and responsive, and punctual. Great work and good clean up after. Mark was very knowledgeable and accommodating with my requests, as the job changed to include an AC replacement, and then I switched to include a heat-pump/hybrid system, and they were the most prepared to get the job done, at a competitive price. Jason and the installation team were very helpful - communicated to me any questions they had, and worked to make sure I was comfortable before they finished up. I am liking the electric heat pump already, will see how much I saved by reducing oil usage! |

He exceeded my expectations by taking very detailed notes, pictures and also explaining what I really needed. What a guy and great add to Tony's sales team. I asked Mark to come by the job to do an inspection, he said he would for me. He did not know that I was going to be home when he stopped by. Usually once a deal is made, sales reps tend to disengage. Not Mark, he is a man of his word and went out of his way to drop in. Regardless...these guys were ON TIME actually EARLY on the day of! The work they did was extremely professional and clean. The techs explained everything to me after the installation was complete...they even swept the floors. Mark called to ask how everything was and still remains in touch. These guys are now family. Would recommend Tony//Mark and crew to anyone. |
