| B LaMott | They came out and did a job for me. When I suspected a leak was from the job they had done incorrectly we called. I just wanted them to fix it the problem. I certainly didn't mind paying more money to rectify the problem. The office confirmed it was them. When they put me in touch with "Danny" one of the brothers, who the office said did the work, Danny said it wasn't him and that the leak couldn't have been from him or the job. When I called the office back the office said that they would have Joe, the other brother call me. When Joe called me he said that there was no Danny that worked there, although an hour beforehand the office confirmed that Danny was his brother and he worked there. All I wanted was for them to correct the problem. I now have a hole in my wall, mold from the leak which is from the work they did improperly and have to find someone to fix it. |
