| Chris Hummel | DO NOT USE! 1. 20 mins late for a 7:30am appt. 2.everything was life threatening 3. Once my refrigerator was pulled out I noticed a copper wire that was clipped. I asked what was it in the reply was oh that's part of the refrigerator really! 4. Told me that I had to turn my refrigerator off for six hours to defrost a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. I just did this three days ago and it took me 10 minutes. I didn't ask for a defrost I asked for why is it leaking to cause the ice. Then I was told it was a clogged line. 5. My next issue was a noise my washing machine was making. He didn't even listen to it just says oh I believe there's a recall on that machine. I've seen it 2-3 times a week now. Here for 10 minutes then handed me a bill for 107 and wanted cash or check. Who the hell doesn't take credit cards? I feel bad leaving this review because the gentleman was very old. However, does not excuse today's service. |
