A small part PVC he changed saying its cost was around 75 appeared on my bill as 144. I have tried to sort this out with Gregg who does the office work, billing etc., but to no avail; poor customer service leaves a bad taste, it's not even the money part but more about the principle of it. Very sad! |

We called them three times with no return call. The third time I called them they told me I should get another plumber to look at it. Unbelievable, they didn't even have the decency to call me back. Aweful!! Quick to collect money but they don't want to fix a system they installed less than year ago. Would give them negative rating if I could |
