I highly recommend this company. If you want someone honest and competent to repair your appliance, call Jerry's. I will say, however, Maytag's website is HORRIBLE. With all the money Maytag makes they should spend some to improve their website. |
| john sloan | I have a feeling they don't do Maytag service contracts on weekends, want that per hour labor and parts, since they offer no weekends through Maytag service.I had appointment scheduled through Maytag for Jerry's appliance to repair my washer on a Friday, I tried calling on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, leaving messages, to try and reschedule because had doctor appointment that I had forgotten about, for Saturday morning, their website says open Saturday 8-5pm closed Sunday. Even tried making appointment for Saturday through their website. Never called to acknowledge appointment. So I cancelled appointment with doctor, and waited and waited all day Friday for them to show. No call no show. Terrific customer service not Called Maytag Saturday morning filed a complaint about not showing or calling. Maytag gave me another company mfor following weekend. |
