To me, those words mean that the repair bill would be reduced by the 125. Apparently, that's not how Sears sees it. The technician Tom explained even before arriving that the 125 was already part of the bill. Tom is an honest, competent gentleman. He gets ten stars, Sears gets zero. Deceptive and dishonest. Little wonder that Sears is not even a shadow of its former iconic self. |
