I stopped in to ask about repairing our 10 year old 55" flat screen. After describing the problem to the owner, he knew exactly what was wrong and suggested that it was beyond repair. I am so grateful that he did not tell me, "Bring it in and I'll take a look." He could have charged me for an estimate. Instead, he was extremely honest and very gracious. A+++ for being a true customer centered small business owner.

Have used a few times over the years. Very reasonable prices. Not always the speediest of service, so manage your expectations. But sometimes repairing old stuff which is usually the case with me it is tough to find replacement parts, so expect it might take a while to fix.

I could go on and on all day about my positive experience with Rick and his business. I brought my old Guild tube radio to him and he repaired it to brand new condition. Wish I had found him sooner since I had no luck anywhere else. Quick repair time at an extremely reasonable price. Will be bringing all my business to him. A gentleman and a scholar. Thank you again!
