| Brian .Dishaw | Dropped off machine for repair 1 month ago. Was not told they only work on them Saturdays because they have one repair person. Took them too weeks to even look at. Now I'm being told it will be an additional two weeks at least because the repair guy is on vacation. If I had known upfront would have been more understanding. Would not refund my deposit. It's a shame because I used them before for maintenance and did a great job. Never again. |
| Michelle Carroll | I was disheartened when my favorite vintage sewing machine was labeled beyond repair by the guy who had been fixing it in the past. I brought it to The Vac & Sew Center without much hope and couldn't believe when I got it back, not only was it fixed but a bunch of the stitches were now working that had NEVER worked before when I bought it used. Absolutely thrilled with the work, took a little longer, but they were sure to call and keep me informed of progress and it was well worth the wait.They even replaced the power cord because they realized it was a fire hazard. Would highly recommend to anyone who is beyond hope of getting your machine fixed...EVEN a vintage machine. |
