The second ice maker came and we realized we ordered the wrong color. The store manager worked to find the correct color and get the issue fixed. They waived the restocking fee as well as the additional delivery charges. |

The sales person Greg was great, showed up to my home to assess my needs, was tremendously responsive, and ultimately sold me a GE Mongram refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. Unfortunately the dishwasher had a ding and required a replacement part. The store manager Ed arranged for a GE technician to replace the door at no charge and has followed up on multiple occasions. I would recommend this company and use their services again. |
