Highly unprofessional. First they don't give me any flexibility for date of service then they cancel on me cause one of their technician had emergency. I was understanding and I rescheduled however they then give me a window from 12 to 5 I called to remind them that my door bell doesn't work to please have him call me. At 422 I called this really rude lady tells me that he is in my town. That am his next stop. It is a Friday.. so I verify are they going to cancel my appt she said they work till they finish.red flag. so that means this guy is going to come here rush to go home. I was right. The guy shows up ay 5 04 and we nothing to prove his assumptions. He stood there and blame me the consumer on why the washer isn't working after I had professionally installed no one told me anything of that sort. All he did was unplug it and it started to work hmmm. Now another red flag.. you did nothing beside unplug and replug and it work you are going to sit after and threaten me that if he comes out again he will charge. How is it that someone who did all things right gets blame without nothing to back up his theory and then threaten..

Great experience. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as the main board on my GE side by side. Tech Lou replaced the main board and the fridge works as it did when it was new. He also showed us how to clean the wax build up on the dryer screen from the dryer sheets because the dryer was getting to hot. I called Appliance Repair Edison first and the tech had NO idea what he was doing and diagnosed the wrong problem. Then after calling to complain he insisted on getting paid and then left me with a broken fridge. Thanks again Lou and Jersey Appliance for a job well done.
