Appliance Repair by The Home Depot in Morganville, New Jersey

We are doing a bathroom floor project and went to the store to look for ceramic tiles. We had help from Jeff. He spent the time to help us find the right solution. With brief installation instructions and tips, we now have a beautiful floor installed on our own and we can't thank Jeff enough for his help and guidance. What a great experience!

Worst customer service experience ever. First time delivery was scheduled refrigerator arrived with shatter glass inside. Delivery personal insisted that I keep that fridge and that they would deliver a replacement glass shelf that broke. First of all, that is not professional at all. And second I have purchased a new fridge not a refurbished one; giving me a broken fridge and delivering parts at a later date does not seem like a new fridge. On top of that, they switch delivery timings on you without even a notice. I've called everyone from delivery partner to Home Depot themselves and no one has an answer for why it switched and all that keeps happening is blame shifting. I would expect a corporation as large as Home Depot to have more control of their supply chain partners. Definitely the worst customer service Experience ever. So disappointed that Home Depot doesn't care about the customer after they have made the sale. That is not how a company should work.

This place can't handle online orders. Simple order - four of the same lights, but they gave me two different styles not an option for lights in the same room. Then they tried to give me a single piece of angle iron when I ordered a 5 pack. Customer service just refunded the item, didn't apologize that they didn't have any more in stock and told me to go to another Home Depot. Waste of time.
