Appliance Repair by Adorno Appliances, LLC in Mine Hill Township, New Jersey

They came 1.5 months ago on behalf of Sears, stated fridge ice maker needs a part, the part will come in in 3-5 days. They never followed up, never came back - just vanished. I followed up 3 times - no action. I contacted Sears 7 times - their response is it's the responsibility of Adorno as a subcontractor to finish the job. Adorno is doing nothing for 5 weeks now to get the part, come back and install. Awful level of service.

Adorno serviced my Samsung fridge last week, gave me total estimate in advance. They ordered drain pan and came back the following week. Happy with their service, father and son team.

They did not have the part with them to fix my oven and came back two weeks later. When they finally came back their part was faulty and it didn't fix the issue. The part installed was deemed to be faulty by the next technician who visited the home. I called them and they said to book another appointment. I got another company to come out and they fixed it properly on the first try. Adorno also repeatedly called the wrong phone number trying to reach me even though I had provided them my cell phone number in person and via email. I have attached photos showing they had my correct number and continued to call the incorrect number. Despite what they mention in their response they were also told in person. They do not answer the office phone at all see other poor reviews. The company makes more money for visiting your home multiple times when performing service calls. Therefore they have no incentive to actually fix your problem. This is likely why their workers did not even bother to test the oven after performing the repairs. This company is completely incompetent.
